  Mission Team Information

IMPACT Ministries is proud to host your next mission trip in the heart of downtown Myrtle Beach. The retreat center can host up to 87 people, and each group/church will be able to cook their own meals on-site. Mission team registration is now open for 2024. Your group can choose to serve at one of our programmed ministry sites and we can offer customized retreats and missions experiences that are tailored to the individual church or group needs, interests, and abilities while serving the Myrtle Beach area. This training is required for all summer mission teams that desire us to plan your mission trip week of ministry

*IMPACT can offer mission opportunities throughout the year for a week or weekend during the months of August thru May. Contact our office today!

Summer Mission Team Fee

Your Mission Team Fee Covers​

· 2 T-Shirts.

· Lodging for 5 nights (Sun-Thurs).

· Secondary Accident Insurance.

· Summer Missionary Staff with your    church group during your ministry 

  schedule.

· Pre-Project Planning Logistics.

  Pre-Project Training.

 

Your Fee Does Not Cover​​

· Transportation (including travel to

  and from project locations)

· Primary Insurance

· Materials and resources for all

  scheduled ministries

· Meals

  • Submit your online group registration form TODAY

  • A registration deposit will be sent via invoice to you to secure your group's space.

  • All deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to the next year.

  • Please pay the balance of fees due according to the schedule :

    • May 1 for projects beginning in June 

    • June 1 for projects beginning in July​​
