Spring, Summer & Fall 2018

We are excited to announce many new changes in 2018. The biggest news, we are trying to purchase a retreat center here in the heart of down town Myrtle Beach that can host 200+ guests. We will be able to host and feed our many mission teams throughout the year.  Mission Team registration is now open for spring break and we are booking ministry weeks for 2018. Your group can choose to serve at one of our programed ministy sites and choose to say at our partner hotel until we get the retreat center open, Spring 2019. It's up to you how your church mission trip or groups retreat looks. Each week can be tailored to the individual church or group needs, interests and abilities while serving the Myrtle Beach area. PRE-PROJECT VISIT TRAINING WEEKEND

March 2nd -3rd

Begins at noon on Friday and ends at noon on Saturday

**This time of training is required for all new mission teams that have not served with IMPACT before and desire us to plan your mission trip week of ministry**

Summer Mission Weeks

Total Cost Per Participant

 

$225

​

All summer projects for teams staying in the retreat center are $225 per participant. This includes: 5 nights lodging, meals and your mission team fee. A $65.00 per person deposit is due before January 15th or $75 after Jan. 15th.   Balances for projects in June must be paid by May 1st, and July project balances are due by June 1st.

  • 2 T-Shirts, 1 Gospel Tract Frisbee for each participant 

  • Speakers and Worship Band

  • Secondary Accident Insurance

  • Bible Study & Quiet Time Materials

  • Summer Missionary Staff with you during Day Camp, Night Activities and Worship

  • Pre-Project Planning Logistics Training

 

Your Fee Does Not Cover​​

  • Transportation, including travel to and from project locations

  • Primary Insurance

  • Day Camp Materials Needed

  • Materials for Evening Ministries

  • Submit your online group registration form TODAY

  • Registration deposit of $65 per participant is due by January 15, or $75 after Jan. 15th.

  • All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable to the balance.

  • ​Please pay the balance of fees due according to the schedule :

    • ​​​May 1 for projects beginning in June
    • June 1 for projects beginning in July
