IMPACT Ministries is working to provide our volunteer teams with housing and meals at our new retreat center exactly one mile from the beach. The center will include housing for our mission teams, an auditorium for worship, industrial kitchen, Impact offices, and Impact summer missionary/staff housing.

 

 

LODGING

$120 Per Room Per Day

Each week, we can host up to 98 volunteers (8 rooms which can sleep 12 people each) at the retreat center. Your team will be able to experience the comforts of your own home while staying with us. Each room will have six bunk beds and a bathroom with a shower included. Mission teams will reserve rooms on a first-come-first-serve basis.

  

 

MEALS

$100 Per Person (13 Meals)

The retreat center will provide excellent meals each day for our teams so they can keep the cost of their trip to a minimum. This also give your group more time to focus on your week and less hassle of having to provide meals yourself, bring additional volunteers, and transporting equipment for cooking. Meals will begin Sunday evening (during the summer) with dinner and conclude Friday morning with breakfast. The Wednesday evening dinner will not be included as that is our night off for our mission teams.

 

 

Mission Team Fee

$75 Per Person

This fee covers our cost to set up your groups mission projects throughout our county.  Each member of your team will receive:

 

• An IMPACT missionary at each of your ministry sites

• Pre-project training on site in Myrtle Beach and training notebook

• 2 T-shirts to be worn at ministry sites

• Name tag for ministry sites

• 1 "Slipdisc" Frisbee for beach ministry
